This place is a favorite of ours. They always seem to know us, although I feel we don't go there very often. We go maybe once a month...
Honestly, their cheeseburgers are very good! They were all I could think about when I was in the hospital over the holidays. I would ask people if they ever had one from here and then highly suggest they try one.
I'm a huge lover of cheeseburgers and this place does not disappoint me at all. EVER.
Well seasoned meat, good sized portion, tasty cheese, fresh veggies and a big handful of fries come with the double and for about $6. If you're not a fan of thousand island dressing, order it with no sauce.
This is not a messy burger to eat, but I do get my veggies on the side because the burgers are so fresh they get wilted if you get for take out.
On to my other favorite meal, the combo plate. I usually get BBQ beef and Katsu chicken, the 1/2 and 1/2. It comes with 2 scoops of rice and a scoop of their mac salad. They lay the beef on sliced up cabbage and I actually like eating that with my meat. Try some of their BBQ sauce with the meat to make it a bit moister.
The mac salad has tuna in it though, so heads up. I never knew this until far after we had been eating here. You really can't taste it, but it's there. And this is the only macaroni salad I can eat in the world!
Always cool staff, although they do seem to be hiring a lot. The place is never dirty. Restrooms are always clean. Great prices, fast service with a smile.
Anytime I've had an issue with the food they take care of it. But I've hardly had issues here over the years.
I highly suggest you check out the double cheeseburger if that's your thing, it won't disappoint! -

My family and I love OHANA. We had them cater our wedding we love them so much. When our friends heard the menu they were even more excited for our nuptials.
I used to work next door so I would get a BBQ chicken bowl with no rice and extra veggies all the time. Now that I am married with two teens we stop in for the family meal which is a great deal! Two meats, mac salad and rice. The first time we even had leftovers which is rare. 2nd time we ordered the short ribs which is less meat but more delicious, but really everything here is delicious. Well to be honest I haven't tried everything but I've heard good things about everything else. We are regulars here.
Per our catering order it was reasonably priced and ready on time. Fed 100 people for less than $1000. Winning! -

So I had come here a few times, I liked it a lot, and always got their katsu chicken and bbq beef. However the other day I got the same thing as usual but I wasn't expecting the food poisoning and ER visit that came with it. I usually don't like writing any reviews but I felt I had to. That day I had only eaten two apples before their combo box. Halfway through the meal I didn't feel quite right. Well 5 hours of throwing up and 5 hours in the ER (since I was so dehydrated) later I had put together that it could have only been their food. Their food is very good but I will never eat there again due to the fear of food poisoning. Eat here with that in mind- I'd stay away from their chicken.
Ps: If you think food poisoning here is a one off just look through all of the low star reviews, seems like they have a problem with their customers getting food poisoning. -

Stopped here for lunch while car shopping the other side of the freeway..Pretty standard Hawaiian bbq spot with the usual offerings. Everything we ordered was good and tasted fresh. The chicken was cooked right and was pretty flavorful and juicy. Their servings are very generous and we all had left overs at the end of lunch. Food is good, service was very good. Staff was very polite and had our order correct with no issues. The place itself is small and seating can be very limited if you go in during their busiest hours. Overall we felt like we got good food and got our moneys worth and probably would have lunch here again if we're in the area soon.

On Wednesday 2/2019 my husband and I got the same food it was Kalua pig and cabbage and Lau Lau with Mac salad and two scoop rice. After eating my dinner at home I started to have the runs and it was all night right through the next day. I found out I had gotten food poisoning. I will never eat there again. Trust me if you want really good Hawaiian food you have to go to the islands to get that. Or have a friend that is from the island to cook you good Hawaiian food. I'm from the islands. And Hawaiian barbecue is not the place to eat Hawaiian food. But it's your choice. Good luck. Shame on you Hawaiian barbecue.
